This Wiki provides a place to post information in a format that allows for community editing. here we will publish information on current and past projects. Users are encouraged to contribute where appropriate. (Note: In editing mode, OpenWikiNg seems to not show toolbar with Opera).

  • WL-530G Research and development on the WL530-G and the first ever public custom firmwares for this device.
  • WRT54G5 CFE - WRT54G/GS v5-v6 Linux flashing without JTAG or Serial.
  • WRT54G - Overclocking the WRT54G v4.0, WRT54GL v1.x, and other BCM3302 0.8 boards.

Adolescent developments:

  • [X-Wrt] An enhanced OpenWrt webif + other end user extensions.

Baby developments:

  • TEW-632BRP - Hacking the TrendNet TEW-632BRP 802.11n Wireless router.
  • Compressed Broadcom CFE This project is about using a compressed Braoadcom CFE (as found in the Belkin 7230-4) to extend flash ROM space by at least 128kb through remapping of the mtd partitions.
  • Embedded Linux Compression Optimizations (new) Optimizations to compression of embedded linux installations (targeting improvements in squashfs-lzma and jffs2 compression ratios). This project will allow more to be stored in less.
  • Building micro firmwares Wiki about building firmware images for 2MB ROM devices.
  • Custom DD-WRT Custom DD-WRT images
  • Building DD-WRT DD-WRT's buildroot is such a mess that it actually takes a lot of effort to work with it. This was my attempts, I no longer use or care about DD-WRT.
